We will be playing our own latest worship songs (so bring your guitar!) and discussing the best way to achieve your yearly goal, whether you want to record your first single, produce an album, or schedule your own tour.

Here is what you should bring to the meeting:

• Your latest worship song.
• Your guitar (keyboard will be provided).
• A copy of your lyric sheet with chords (please send this to Ann before the meeting date. Send to: ao@ilj.com)

APRIL 14:  Next Sunday afternoon at 4pm Pacific Time, we will be discussing competition and production, two very hot topics for independent Christian songwriters and producers. The link to the meeting will be sent to you after you register.

We will be hearing “before-and-after” examples of how songs sound when they are first written or recorded as a demo, as compared to the finished production.  You will enjoy this!

Additionally, if you recently entered a contest, and you are willing to share the critique, we will be discussing the emotional roller-coaster of the music business, and how to navigate with grace. Our focus is helping you accomplish great things as you carry your song from concept to release, and beyond. If you want to participate, please send your song (the same recording you entered into the contest) to ao@ilj.com, and have the critique handy for our meeting.

At the end of the session, we will have time to hear you newest song, which is our most important focus.

This is going to be a great session, you will not want to miss it!
