Manage the staff of volunteers:

• Attendee check-in
• Ensure all attendees are seated satisfactorly
• Ensure all door procedures and ticket checking are followed
• Ensure all equipment including tablets, phones laptop and related software is operational before attendees start arriving
• Ensure all volunteers are properly assigned to their roles and manage them on the day of the concert.
