Refreshment Volunteers

Your Duties: Assist the Cookie Manager (Mike) with refreshment table.

We will be offering light refreshments during the concert: wrapped cookies for those with a sweet tooth, and “That’s It” fruit bars for those who would rather have a treat with no sugar. We will also be serving coffee, tea and water at a table near the cookies and bars. We have chosen to buy large cookies in bulk, and wrap them in cellophane/brown bag sleeves that are sealed with a sticker, so the concert-goers will feel safer about eating cookies that are individually wrapped.

Your Duties:
Assist our “Cookie Manager (Mike) in displaying and serving treats at the refreshment table
Help wrap cookies in bags prior to concert
Display cookies on table, and place fruit bars in a big bowl near the cookies
Help set up coffee, tea, hot water area, (creamers, sugar, cups and napkins all provided)
Set out water bottles on a table
Set out cookies and fruit bars on table.
Replenish supply of cookies and beverages as needed during concert.
